About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and leading an agile team, you will architect the company's AI innovation roadmap to digitally reinvent workflows, unlock hyper-efficiency, and future-proof operations. Key responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities across a corporate environment, customer engagement, and back-office operations using generative AI, machine learning, and automation methodology. You will discover how AI-augmented workflows that merge human expertise with machine intelligence. Bridge silos between IT, operations, sales, HR, Finance and all other and business units to embed digital transformation strategy. Lastly, build a scalable digital incubator to fast-track data centric collaboration and AI pilots from concept to enterprise-wide adoption.
The successful applicant
- Bachelor degree and at least 10+ years of professional experience with a specific track record in successfully managing innovation pipeline or digital transformation project
- Passionate about the digital transformation of the natural & built asset space especially using AI, Robotics, Automation
- Ability to interact with external vendors and key strategic outsourcing partners
- Ability to interact internally with key stakeholders across all businesses and functions
- Experience in corporate venturing and/or (digital) incubators both from a governance / stage gate management and coaching / capability building perspectives, excellent at developing sound business cases
- Ability to inspire colleagues, clients and potential partners with new ideas and discipline combined with pragmatism to implement them rapidly
- Proactive, practical, entrepreneurial, open-minded, flexible and creative
- Good command in Chinese and English
