Job Requirements

  • Over 3 year’s relevant experience
  • Mature, self-motivated and adhere to confidentiality practice
  • Fluent Japanese (N1-N2) with good commuication English/Chinese/Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Executive Director
  • Providing translation / assist in communication with Japanese senior officers
  • Liaising and preparing meeting schedule with internal parties
  • Handling correspondence and manage appointment with external parties
  • Organising documents and manage filing records
  • Handle office admin works and application forms
  • Assist in preparing office documents
