Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 7 year experience in purchasing or order follow up or merchandising or shipping or logistics field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills

Responsibilities 

• Follow up purchase orders 
• Coordination with vendors, buyers, suppliers and factories 
• Shipping arrangement
• Inventory control
• Handle merchandising activities 
• Prepare reports
