Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in a Personal Assistant / Secretary / Executive Assistant position
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Outlook
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Organize business trips
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Handle phone calls and take message
  • Arrange meetings, travel itinerary and accommodation
  • Establish and maintain filing system, records control & take minutes
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
