Order Coordinator (5 Days, 25K) Good Benefits

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in order processing or supply chain or logistic or shipping or sales coordination or order follow up
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire supply chain operations including order management and coordinating shipment with suppliers

  • Issue and follow up purchase orders
  • Work with internal / external parties to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Prepare operation and analysis reports
  • Shipping arrangement
