Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Shipping or Logistics 
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient use of MS Office

Responsibilities  

• Logistics support. Handle shipping and receiving of repair watches locally/internationally. Arrange the shipment of damaged goods smoothly to EU

• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory. Replenishment of spare parts and dispatch parts to different departments
• Prepare monthly stock take report and productivity statistic report to manager
• Handle customers enquiries & complaints
• Schedule and update watch repair status
• Provide administrative support to the team
