About our Client

We are representing a multinational company, headquarter in Australia. They are currently looking for a Receptionist to join the HR & Admin team.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Senior HR & Admin Manager
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including courier, copying, making notes, handling travel arrangement and visa application.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Support and organise staff events (such as team building and staff annual party).
  • Assist in any adhoc admin tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above with good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • With minimum 4 years of office admin/ receptionist experience in multinational companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, motivated and strong in multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
