About The Role

• Oversee internal controls across retail operations in HK & Macau
• Conduct boutique audits and evaluate store procedures
• Improve inventory controls and support stocktake accuracy
• Partner with retail teams to implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with global policies and audit standards

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Solid experiences in internal audit, internal control, or retail operations
• Experience in the retail sector is highly preferred
• Familiar with retail workflows, inventory procedures, and operational audits
• Big 4 background or exposure to multinational environments is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
