Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share of Vitasoy products in Hong Kong and other markets.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to promote products and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Brand Development:
    • Strengthen brand positioning and identity through targeted marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
    • Manage brand assets and ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs through KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive performance and foster career development.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative environment to encourage innovative marketing solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
    • At least 7 to 8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred.
