The Academic Registry is looking for capable individuals to join the Registry Services Team to provide excellent services to the University community.
The appointees will assist in handling a wide range of operations relating to records of student academic life cycle, mainly in the areas of program registration, student status update, tuition fee calculation and/or credit transfer. The appointees will be involved in frequent interaction with students and staff of the University in the day-to-day work; be required to handle a large amount of system data in an accurate manner with the aid of computer packages; and provide logistics support to student-related events. The appointees will also be involved in initiatives for process automation and service enhancement.
Applicants should have a higher diploma or above, preferably a bachelor’s degree, and with at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) are required. The ideal candidates should be meticulous at work, and a strong team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills.(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
