The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is looking for a capable individual to provide support in all aspects of the program administration and operation of the PG and UG programs in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant post-qualification working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector. Associate degree/Higher Diploma or above with at least five years’ relevant post-qualification experience will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and flexibly. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, attentive to details and be able to perform multiple tasks under pressure, and with a pleasant, responsible and proactive personality. The appointee is expected to have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT and software applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
