Job Duties:

• Provide application support and ensure system stabilization together with the contractor for the internal Platform project
• Review the application solution and provide insight and advise on application tuning; Assist in trouble shooting the application defects and ensure contractor maintain a high standard level of application support.
• Perform database administration tasks to ensure the production database systems are up and running;
• Prepare system documentation according to guidelines laid down in documentation standards, and reviewing documentation;
• Work with external solution providers to provide IT solutions; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant IT - SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience preferably in pension industry or Financial Services environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify application defects and propose system optimizations.
• Experience in evaluating and recommending enhancements to the user interface and overall user experience based on user feedback and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with external vendors and coordinate IT projects in a fast-changing environments.
