Job Description:

• Support the system's infrastructure, including devices, network components, servers, storage solutions, databases, virtual environments, and security protocols.
• Support daily data center operations and ensure service quality.
• Draft procurement requirements for IT hardware, software, and maintenance.
• Recommend and implement updates for new needs and outdated technology.
• Apply security measures and updates in collaboration with contractors.
• Supervise contractors to meet service level agreements.

• Perform tasks as assigned by the line manage

Requirement Details:

1. Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
2. At least 4 years of working experience in infrastructure support and management
3. Solid experience in Linux system administration and server virtualisation technology
4. Hands on experience in network related issue such as network design and storage area network
5. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
