Job Duties:

• To provide infrastructure support services including workstations, gateways, networks, servers, SAN, storage, database, hypervisors, virtual machines and IT security
• To monitor and assist the operation team in daily data center operation and to ensure the quality of the operation services
• To study requirements and prepare specifications for procurement of hardware, software and maintenance services
• To analyze and recommend enhancements to cope with new business requirements and technology obsolescence
• To work with the contractors in implementing security measures and applying security patches
• To manage the service contractor in meeting the service level
• To perform tasks assigned by the line manager

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
• At least 1 year' experience in system implementation
• Hands-on experience in IT Security, Linux System Administration, Network Design, Storage Area Network and Server Virtualization Technology
