Job Description:

• Act as a contact person between internal team members and external clients, contractors, vendors to ensure the coordination efficiency with the highest quality standards
• Perform administrative and documentation tasks to support IT project workflows
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in project management, event servicing or equivalent
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
