Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering initiatives for A&A projects within the retail shopping mall portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that enhance retail environments.
• Oversee facilities operation management to ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization of retail properties, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring engineering deliverables are met on schedule and within allocated budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement best practices in engineering processes, quality assurance, and facility management to ensure sustainable and efficient operations.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure our projects lead in innovation and compliance.
  
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or any equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering/architectural management, specifically within the property development sector, focusing on A&A projects for retail and shopping malls.
• Proven experience in facilities operation management, with a strong focus on optimizing performance and enhancing customer experiences.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices related to retail environments.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
