A reputable industry leader with business presence across HK & China is currently seeking for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Business Partner).

About the Role

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on a wide range of people-related issues
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives
• Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, staff engagement, remuneration & benefits and talent management
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to help drive overall organization effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience preferably gained from well-established / sizeable corporations
• Proven experience in HR business partnering or account servicing
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and local employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven HR decisions
