Role Overview

Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of medical equipment to ensure efficient operation and provide professional and timely technical support to customers

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of medical equipment, quickly and accurately locate and resolve equipment failures.
• Communicate closely with customers, fully understand equipment usage problems, provide efficient solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of the repair process, component replacements, and test results, and generate complete and standardized repair reports.
• Collaborate with the technical team, share repair experience and technical insights, participate in internal training, and enhance the overall skill level of the team.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
• More than 1 year of maintenance experience in medical equipment, precision instruments, or related fields (preference for those with experience in well - known medical enterprises).
• Proficient in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques, familiar with the operation of common maintenance tools and testing equipment.
• Possess excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Work rigorously and meticulously, pay attention to quality, and have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
