Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their Partnerships team.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the power of partnerships to elevate the brand awareness and traffic.
• Identify and maintain valuable partnerships to develop program which could engage members.
• Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners to define partnership terms, scope, and financial arrangements which can be mutually beneficial for both parties.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners on a regular basis.
• Continuously assess and optimize existing partnerships to maximize value and drive mutual success.
• Develop and manage partnership budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support partnership initiatives.

Requirement

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ shopping maall Management, or any other relevant disciplines
• 8+ years of work experience in business development, partnership management or loyalty programme
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
