About The Client
Our client within the Property space is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join as part of their HR Account Servicing team. This position targets candidates with a solid background in HRBP / Account Servicing, particularly within the property-related industires.
About The Role
- Provide strategic HR support to business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Support the expansion into Greater China, leveraging your understanding of local HR practices and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR business partnering or account servicing within the property sector, ideally 15+ years of relevant exposure
- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with a focus on service excellence.
- Experience working in Hong Kong; knowledge of the Greater China market is a definite plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Candidates with short notice highly regarded
