Our client within the Property space is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join as part of their HR Account Servicing team. This position targets candidates with a solid background in HRBP / Account Servicing, particularly within the property-related industires.

About The Role

• Provide strategic HR support to business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Support the expansion into Greater China, leveraging your understanding of local HR practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or account servicing within the property sector, ideally 15+ years of relevant exposure
• Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with a focus on service excellence.
• Experience working in Hong Kong; knowledge of the Greater China market is a definite plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Candidates with short notice highly regarded
