About the Client

A widely popular high-end retailer with a strong track record of success is currently seeking for a Human Resources Executive.

About the Role

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, talent screening and assessment
• Assist in C&B related matters including payroll calculation, benefits administration and annual remuneration exercises
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date
• Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of HR policies and initiatives
• Coordinate training and development activities for staff
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR experience gained preferably from the Retail sector
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices in areas including but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B, staff engagement and training & development
• Dependable, good learning agility and good level of commitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication in both verbal and written English and Chinese
