Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans to meet objectives in cross-border eCommerce channels.
• Lead distributors to align business plans and achieve sales KPIs.
• Implement and monitor pricing strategies in coordination with distributors and internal teams.
• Build strong partnerships with key business partners (e.g., distributors, eCommerce platform buyers).
• Analyze sales trends and competitor intelligence to derive actionable insights.
• Forecast monthly sales demand and investment spending using data analytics.
• Prepare and present sales performance updates and business plans to senior management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, particularly in cross-border eCommerce.
• Previous experience in the Infant Formula Milk category is advantageous.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as JD and Tmall.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Strong individual work ethic, accountability, and team collaboration.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel to mainland China as needed.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).

• Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
