The HKUST EMBA Program (Bilingual Program for Chinese Executives) attracts high profile Chinese-speaking senior executives from Asia. The Program is uniquely designed to incorporate both Asian and Western approaches to business, combining the best management practices and the latest global business knowledge for elite executives to think beyond, explore and connect to the world.
The appointee is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of alumni programs and activities. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with alumni, coordinating events, and supporting the program operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or above and at least 3 years of working experience. Experience with event planning and coordination would be preferred. Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. The appointee should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; be able to work both independently and as a team player, and be capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is important. Working outside normal office hours will be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
