Company Overview
Our client is seeking of an Administration Clerk to assist with the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer application procedures, including data entry, verification and photo scanning
- Check the quality of data written in the chip and printed datat on the card
- Handle card reture and card replacement request
- Prepare daily reconciliation reports
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- HKCEE or DSE graduates with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics
- Experience in office administration/clerical working experience will be preferable
- Strong proficiency in numerical reasoning, logical thinking, and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Immediate availability is preferable
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
