Company Overview

Our client is seeking of an Administration Clerk to assist with the day-to-day operations.



Responsibilities:

  • Process customer application procedures, including data entry, verification and photo scanning
  • Check the quality of data written in the chip and printed datat on the card
  • Handle card reture and card replacement request
  • Prepare daily reconciliation reports
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team



Requirements:

  • HKCEE or DSE graduates with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics
  • Experience in office administration/clerical working experience will be preferable
  • Strong proficiency in numerical reasoning, logical thinking, and analytical problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Immediate availability is preferable



Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm



Working location:

  • Tsuen Wan
