Description

As a VP Internal Control, your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and managing internal control systems
• regulatory reporting
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including CDD/KYC
• Leading risk assessments and audits
• Managing a small team of professionals
• Developing risk mitigation strategies
• Reporting on control issues and effectiveness to stakeholders
• Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control matters
• Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes

Profile

A successful VP Internal Control should have:

• An advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of internal control experience preferably from large corporates
• open to candidates from front office
• Proven experience in internal control duties
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• must be strong in Chinese writing skills
