The department is currently looking for a Treasury Operations Officer to support treasure operation, treasury marketing settlement. The successful candidate should have 1+ year of working experience in treasure operation or similar position.

Our client is a well-known established Japanese bank that provides corporate banking and investment services. They are currently looking for a Treasury Operations Officer to be responsible for supporting treasure market operation settlement, familiar with RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems will be a plus.

Description

Responsible for processing and verifying all clerical tasks related to treasury market transactions, along with other administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:

Performing routine operational tasks, such as preparing and verifying payments, confirming trade details with counterparties, and posting account entries.
Ensuring that all treasury market transactions comply with Head Office and regulatory requirements through thorough preparation and checks.
Responding to inquiries regarding treasury product settlements as needed.
Managing additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile

Bachelor's Degree holder of finance or relevant discipline
Relevant of working experience in treasure market operation or relevant field
Good product knowledge in settlement, system in RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems
Strong understanding in financial concepts, able to analyse businesses
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
