(Senior) Sales & Marketing Manager - FMCG
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in managing key accounts, implementing effective FMCG sales strategies, and delivering strong leadership. This role requires achieving assigned sales targets within the allocated A&P expenses budget while driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Our client is a leading company in the health and wellness sector, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of herbal and natural products, with exposure in Hong Kong, China and other Asia Pacific regions. To cope with the company's development, they are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.
Description
- Monitor and oversee key accounts to ensure annual sales targets, retail pricing objectives, product listings, positioning, and merchandising goals are achieved.
- Develop and execute promotional and merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Negotiate annual trading terms and prepare business contracts to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Plan and implement promotional activities, analyze their effectiveness, and provide actionable feedback to enhance performance. Gather and evaluate market intelligence to report on competitors' activities and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports to monitor progress and guide decision-making.
- Ensure timely order deliveries and oversee the implementation of agreed-upon promotional plans.
- Supervise merchandising programs at key account outlets, ensuring POS materials are displayed properly, products are accurately priced, labeled, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular meetings with buyers and store managers, to achieve brand/SKU listing, positioning, and promotional objectives.
- Conduct semi-annual and annual business reviews with key customers to evaluate performance and strengthen partnerships.
- Ensure marketing and sales strategies are executed effectively to maximize ROI and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Profile
- Degree holder with 10+ years relevant sales & marketing experience in FMCG, consumer health or supplement industry.
- Proven track record in managing FMCG sales tactics including key accounts, distributors.
- Proactive, with self-motivated mindset and leadership skills to drive result and achieve target.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- High competency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
