Temporary Executive Officer – School of Communication (Ref: TEO (SCOM) 2023-07-28) 

Responsibilities: 

• assist in the preparation of the Business Journalism Awards of the University, including pre-competition coordination, press conferences, and award ceremony arrangements;
• develop and distribute PR materials, such as press releases and advertorials; and
• liaise and coordinate with internal staff and external parties for publicity campaigns and events.

Applicants should: 

• possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, advertising, or related disciplines;
• have at least 3 years of work experience in media, public relations, corporate communications, or marketing communications;
• possess effective administrative and communication skills;
• have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• be organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer or Executive Assistant. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
