The University now invites application for the following position: 

Assistant Officer / Executive Officer – School of Translation and Foreign Languages
(Ref: AO/EO (STFL) 2025-04-11) 

Responsibilities:  

• assist in providing a wide spectrum of support to the School and its academic programmes;
• liaise with other units, assist in programme administration and admission exercises;
• organise events such as seminars and exhibitions, and design promotion materials including pamphlets, IG and Facebook posts; and
• provide secretarial service to various committees of the School
   

Applicants should: 

• possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education sector;
• have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• have good organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be proficient in computer skills; and
• be a team player, responsible, meticulous and self-motivated.

Applicants with more experience will be considered as Executive Officer.
