The University now invites application for the following position: 

Executive Officer – Registry (Ref: EO (REG)(PDQAU) 2025-04-11) 

Responsibilities:  

• provide administrative support on programme development and institutional review, such as programme accreditation/ re-accreditation and other accreditation matters;
• co-ordinate with Schools or Academic Departments for monitoring the internal quality assurance activities;  
• provide logistic support to internal/ external accreditation panel meetings;
• support the administrative duties relating to programme development and quality assurance activities; and
• serve as secretary to committees and working groups.
   

Applicants should: 

• possess a recognised degree with at least 3 years of working experience in programme development/ management/ quality assurance in tertiary institutions;
• have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• have effective administrative abilities and very good interpersonal and organisational skills; and
• have the ability to work independently, efficiently, proactively and under tight timelines. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
