The appointee is expected to provide a wide spectrum of administrative support to the Office of the President (OP) including (i) assistance in conducting planning-driven research initiatives including gathering, collating, organizing and analyzing information/data, drafting reports and compiling presentations; (ii) administrative support to other University-wide planning initiatives championed by the OP including but not limited to outreach to units across the University and coordination for special projects, and (iii) performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a good bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in higher education sector, good computer skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. He/She should be self-motivated, attentive to details and multi-task oriented; have solid analytical and organizational abilities; and be able to work independently in a dynamic work environment. (Duration: 1 year)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
