The Building Maintenance Unit is responsible to manage all aspects of building maintenance with an aim to provide a well-maintained, safe and sustainable environment for all users. Applications are now invited from qualified individuals for the position of Facilities Works Supervisor (Building Maintenance). The appointee will be responsible for the following:
Applicants should have an associate degree/higher diploma/higher certificate in building technology, building surveying or related disciplines; or a diploma/certificate in building technology, building surveying or related disciplines with 3 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance. The appointee should possess in-depth knowledge relating to building repairs and maintenance, safety and building management, and proven experience in supervision of subordinates and contractors. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
