Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Performing general clerical duties;
  • Providing frontline services including counter, email and/or hotline service; and
  • Performing any other related duties as assigned. 

 

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with recognized degree;
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
  • Good computer skills; and
  • Self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
