About Our Client

Our client is a Singapore-based fintech company that has recently expanded into Hong Kong and China. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting the company's products and services, and generating leads.

Responsibility

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation.

Requirements:

• DSE or above in any discipline.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably with cold calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
