Our client is a large scale conglomerate with business across the globe. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently hiring a Technical Manager - Solution Architecture to perform SAP architecture design, review & implementation (focus on FI, BTP). The candidate is expected to both technically and functionally strong. Able to drive BAU communication and collaborate with internal EA team to get the architecture design approved.

• Bridge across EA, Head of Application and Solution Delivery teams to explore business needs at early stage. Accountable from requirements analysis, solution planning, prototyping and impact analysis.
• Oversee large branded legacy solutions to make sure successful integrations
• Hands on with SAP Solution Architecture Design, Review and Implementation
• Extract information across project stakeholders and transform it into different architectural diagrams/ viewpoints
• Demonstrate strong knowledge on SAP solutions, including SAP S4/HANA, SAP FI, BW/BO
• Focus on marcro designs and concepts for project delivery. Analyse on market trends, business strategy and project-related demands to guide solution architecture in compliance with enterprise architecture framework.
• Develop and analyze across solution options in lieu with business needs and enterprise architecture while striving the balance between functional and non-functional capabilities, risk, cost and ROI
• Consult EA and project teams to maintain the sustainability of systems/infrastructure with compliance to the enterprise architecture framework.
• Drive discussions across EA and projects teams to align on the solution architecture. Ensure solution architecture design to be documented in a structured format matching the EA framework. Facilitate sharing of the artifacts to drive reuse.
• Develop and promote development and deployment standards, guidelines and best practices.
• Provide adivsory on performance optimization for new and existing solutions especially during production/ fire-fighting situations.
• Understand and challenge the business and IT strategies with focus to EA development and service delivery. Educate project team members and business users on the value of EA and principles that guide technology decisions for the enterprise.
• Upbeat with technology trends with timely exploration to relevant / key emerging technologies. Modify EA to accommodate short to long-term demand.
• Bridge with Technology & Architecture team to drive business and technology innovation to achieve corporate strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage junior Architects to design multiple cohesive and integrated solutions. Provide guidance on both technical and career development.
• Bridge with teams on developing Architecture Practice, monitor and continuously improve the Solution Architecture

理想的求职者

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines
• 10+ years' experience in solution architecture for large scale strategic programs or projects (best to be > HK$ $100M):
• Experience with SAP Solution Architecture Design, Review and Implementation
• Experience with SAP FI
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA, BTP, BW/ BO is a plus
• Experience with multiple, diverse technologies and processing environment
• Knowledgeable with cloud based architecture and design framework
• Sound understanding on enterprise architecture frameworks e.g. TOGAF
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders from the bottom to executive level
• Able to translate business demand into solution architecture requirements
• Able to define multiple solution options to business problems
• Understand the differences between enterprise and solution architecture
• Knowledgeable with application development methodologies, SOA, object-oriented analysis and design
• Matrix corporate/ vendor background
• Knowledgeable with financial models and budgeting
• Logical, conceptual with strong problem solving skills
• Passionate, proactive with strong enthusiasm in learning new technologies
