• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the integrity of data through regular backups.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals and procedures.
