- We are looking for SENIOR SHIPPING CLERK – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Shipping Manager
- Work in Shipping team of 5 members
- Responsible for general shipping document control and handling full set of I/E, L/C and banking document
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, customers and internal departments on shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents independently.
- Arrange Domestic, Import and Export shipment and prepare related documentations.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure on time delivery.
- Prepare green documents upload.
- Perform ad-hoc assignment assigned by department head.
- Trace lost shipments and/or customers claims for lost shipments, initiates proof of delivery documents.
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
- 4+ years I/E shipping experience preferably in trading office
- Experience in toys or garment industry is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with the factory and forwarding agent.
- Familiar with L/C stipulations, Tradelink I/E declaration
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
- MS Excel, preferably experience in SAP.
