THE JOB :

• Tertiary education
• 10+ years solid working experience in garment manufacturers 
• 5+ years managerial role in sizable garment factories
• Good knowledge in garment production technique and operation flow.
• Experience in cotton knit garment is an advantage
• Knowledge of compliance standard
• Experience in offshore manufacturing unit is highly preferred
• Experience in Vietnam is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Fully manage production in Vietnam garment factory
• In-charge the garment production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality
• Ensure reliable production planning, material delivery and production preparation for production smooth.
• Monitor product standards and meet quality standard
• Ensure on-time delivery
• Bring in new production technology concept for efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with concerned parties, administration, merchandising and supply chain on production, quality and delivery issues.
• Identify training needs of works and develop training programs
• Supervise and review worker performance, and motivate teamwork
• Ensure achievement of production targets
• Station in Vietnam factory
• Occasional trip to Hong Kong for meetings
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
