We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER (station Cambodia) – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Mission : Oversee product quality and compliance in our intimate apparel factory.
Job summary : Responsibilities include implementing a robust quality management system, leading inspectors, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Material expertise is essential.
1. Quality Management System:
  - Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and work instructions for intimate apparel production.
  - Maintain quality standards, emphasizing material quality and performance throughout all stages of production.
2. Inspectors and Audits:
  - Lead a team of quality inspectors, ensuring adherence to standards and timely inspections.
  - Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  - Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to meet quality requirements.
  - Align material selection and usage with customer specifications.
4. Supplier Evaluation:
  - Evaluate supplier capabilities based on intimate apparel material expertise.
  - Ensure material quality and compliance with specifications and industry standards.
5. Root Cause Analysis:
  - Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, addressing both material and process-related factors.
  - Implement corrective and preventive actions.
6. Performance Metrics:
  - Monitor quality performance metrics, preparing reports and highlighting material-related trends.
  - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to materials.
7. Continuous Improvement:
  - Identify inefficiencies and enhance material-related processes.
  - Foster a culture of quality excellence.
  - Requirements :
- Tertiary education preferably in textile engineering, quality management, or industrial engineering... related
- Proven track record in quality management within intimate apparel or related manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of intimate apparel materials’ impact on product quality.
- Fluent in Chinese and English
