- Key customers : government departments, public utilities, airport....etc
- Hong Kong : sales office for Hong Kong and Macau market
- We are looking for SENIOR SALES ENGINEER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Sales Director
- Job summary : key customer relationship management + project management
- Job purpose : support the Sales Director to implement the long-term strategy; focus in key customer relationship management and project management
- To cooperate with technical support engineer / factories for the quotation/ tender, proposal and goods delivery
- To keep the good relationship with customers, specially defined key customers/ key projects.
- To visit customers regularly for understanding customer’s requirements/ need.
- To build the long-term strategy relationship with customers.
- To support company to meet HK & Macau business strategy.
- To handle customer’s complaint and provide solution (customer satisfaction).
- To coordinate with the agent / distributor for business achievement if need.
- Degree in Mechanical engineering, Building Service ..... or related subject
- 10+ years experience in sales & marketing, project management or customer interaction in mechanical products / building service products or equivalent
- Knowledge in pump and valve business is a big plus
- Experience in industrial product related engineering... such as mechanical engineering, building services, hydraulic engineering...etc is highly prefer
- Proficient in English & Cantonese
- Business trips to Shanghai & overseas may be required for attending in-house training or meetings
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 15 (1st yr) to 20 days (max)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
