About the company

Our client is a well-established fintech securities firm in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high calibre to join them as a (Senior) Investment Product Manager for their Investment Product team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Investment Products, you are responsible for designing investment products (including stocks, futures, options, funds etc.) on digital trading platforms. You have to work closely with various depts, UI, IT testing, operations, risk and compliance to ensure smooth product development launch with designated timeline and design specifications. You are required to monitor user feedback and usage of post-product launch to enhance customers' satisfaction. In addition, you will participate in system UAT implementation, new digital initiatives and other product innovative projects in achieving business targets.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder with over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with a preference for candidates experienced in securities software products.
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously oversee the complete client-side feature development process, showcasing self-drive and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in utilizing at least one prototyping and image processing tool like Axure RP, MockingBot (墨刀), or Figma.
• Practical and solid stock trading experience and in-depth knowledge of stock market trading regulations and policies in HK.
• Possess clear and structured logical thinking, with a keen sensitivity to user experience.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of data analysis principles and a high level of data awareness.
• Procifient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
