OverviewOur client is a well-known organization and they are seeking an Assistant Application Manager to lead the team in the development, implementation, and support of our internal operation system.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of developers and oversee the full application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support the organization's business goals.
- Drive application integration efforts to ensure seamless interaction between different systems and technologies.
- Ensure system performance meets or exceeds specified service levels.
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry best practices, leveraging them to enhance the system development methodology and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications in the On-premise and Azure cloud environment.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of AI and collaborate with OpenAI to incorporate cutting-edge capabilities into our applications.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 10 years' of experience in system development and delivering complex solutions that meet business requirements, 2 years of technical leadership experience is preferred.
- Provide hands-on in the development of applications using Java, Spring, Oracle RDBMS, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS, React, and NextJS.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, active directory, Open AI
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese & Mandarin)
