Responsibilities
· Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI methodologies into research workflows, fostering innovation in scientific and technical domains.
· Direct computational simulations across quantum mechanics, molecular dynamics, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical systems, ensuring adaptable application to novel challenges.
· Spearhead R&D initiatives in cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to drive the company's competitive edge and technological advancement.
· Develop strategic roadmaps for AI adoption, including preliminary research, trend forecasting, and medium- and long-term planning aligned with organizational goals.
· Monitor emerging AI trends and advancements to identify growth opportunities and maintain the company's leadership in AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications
· PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
· Minimum five years of hands-on research experience in thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical systems, coupled with applied expertise in AI/ML-driven problem-solving.
· Proven track record of publishing/presenting research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights under tight deadlines.
· Demonstrated agility in managing competing priorities and thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
