Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions
• Lead and coordinate the audit process, collaborating with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting to management.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal processes
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and timely submissions
• Utilize and manage ERP systems for efficient financial reporting and data management
• Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; HKICPA, ACCA or CPAA relevant certification is needed
• At least 6-8 years of related experience in providing finance analysis, monthly financial and management reporting, accounting services, or annual audit and tax reporting services preferably gained from international audit firms or public bodies
• Experience in performing statutory audit and financial reporting at operational levels, preferably with enterprise resource planning knowledge (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
