Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administration tasks, correspondence and reports for the department
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally
  • Assist the managers in handling reservations and the follow up assignments, include opening of all accounts, bookings and events in the system
  • Handle filing system and stocks of items for both internal and guest use
  • Attend meetings and take minutes if necessary
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in luxury hotel
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Multi-tasking, self-motivated, attention to details, well-organized and good team spirit
