Project Assistant II (Ref. 250000FA) (Closing date: Apr 16, 2025)

The Department is looking for a Project Assistant II to join the Promotion, Development and Advancement Team of the Knowledge and Education Exchange Platform (KEEP) and VeriGuide (VG).

The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in promotion events and activities, and branding strategies implementation; (b) providing support to KEEP and VG’s products and answering users’ enquiries; (c) preparing reports for team projects and team-related academic materials; (d) providing administrative and clerical support on daily operations for the projects and the teams; (e) performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (ii) a Bachelor’s or advanced degree; (iii) fast and accurate typing skill; (iv) strong interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua); and (v) self-motivation, creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as a good team member. At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in tertiary institutions, is preferred. Having knowledge of using AI generative tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.) will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
