The applicant must possess

1. a recognised degree;
2. a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in institutional administration;
3. knowledge in construction industry and office management would be an advantage;
4. strong leadership, team management, self-initiated and problem solving skills;
5. a high level of integrity and a strong sense of accountability;
6. good knowledge and skills in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI as well as other data analytic tools; and
7. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Duties include

1. to support daily administrative and service centre operation of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre (HKCITTC), including supporting the formulation of policies and guides for improvement of service level and industry recognition, as well as preparing annual budget and monitoring office expenses;
2. to assist team head in supervising the administration team to ensure smooth operation of the centre and act as duty-in-charge during non-office hour operation;
3. to assist the adoption of computerisation and carry out user acceptance test in system implementation;
4. to perform secretariat duties for related committees and task forces, and provide customer service for industry stakeholders;
5. to support promotion events, seminars, conferences, and any other relevant activities; and
6. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
