Job Responsibilities
- Study customer manuals, communicate new requirements to stakeholders and regional offices, and ensure seamless order processing that meets customer expectations.
- Coordinate the data between departments and regional offices to prepare and submit timely & accurate quotations to customers.
- Handle order inquiries, maintain ERP records, and oversee order processing tasks such as product & factory compliance checks, artwork translations, shipmark and label arrangements, payments, and sample coordination.
- Regularly update the Manager on key customer requirements and align with stakeholders to address any changes or critical issues.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration, merchandising or equivalent.
- 3 years or above in merchandising or related position, preferable with MNC experience.
- Mature, self-motivated, detail minded, responsible & able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication skills, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Immediately available.
