Our client is a leading conglomerate in Hong Kong and they are looking for a System Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for D365 sales and CRM system development and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to technical requirements
• Customize and develop workflow using power platform to streamline business processes through effective system configuration
• Communicate with vendor and ensure the deliverables are met to the standard
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in D365 ERP/CRM implementation and support
• Proficiency in C#.NET programming is an essential
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform such as Power automation and Power App is a plus
• Good team player with good problem-solving skills
• Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
