Our client is a logistics service provider with a strong foundation in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for a System Support Engineer to join their team.

About the role

• Handle users' tickets and provide L1/L2 application support regarding company application/system/network issues in a timely manner
  
• Monitor, manage and troubleshoot applications and systems to ensure a smooth business operation under a team-base
• Perform administration, update, troubleshooting, configuration and health checking on the application & system on a regular basis
  
• Escalate technical issues to relevant parties, such as internal developers, vendors and network team
  
• Provide inventory management, documentation, and training to users
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in providing application support/system support
• Familiar with SQL command
• Knowledge of system operation and support, such as Linux OS, VMware and Backup solutions, is a plus
  
• Basic knowledge of networking devices, such as firewall, Router, and LAN/WAN, is a plus
  
• Good communication skills and team-working spirit
  
• Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
  
• On-job training would be provided; Fresh Grad with relevant working experience may be considered
